Budget Control — building a subscription app

The challenge
Turn an idea for tracking shared expenses into a complete mobile product. Make everyday budgeting simple and create a subscription that works for the whole family.
What we did
- Designed everyday budgeting flows — expenses, spending limits, savings, and transfers between accounts — all in one interface.
- Built shared access — family members see the same budget on their phones. Updates sync across devices, and expenses can be added offline.
- Implemented paid subscriptions — one person pays for access for the whole family. We integrated Apple in-app purchases and subscription status checks.
- Prepared the app for multiple markets — we added three languages and 16 currencies. Users can manage their budget without connecting a bank account.
The result
We built the family budgeting app and submitted it to the App Store for review. One team delivered the product, website, and promotional video for launch.
